Training Course

LEGALLANDS, Law Firm based in Defence Colony, New Delhi headed by Advocate Rajiv Tuli having a vast experience in the field of Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Advisory.

Practical and mentored training so as to be successful in the legal profession. Training will focus on the art of cross-examination, art of arguing, art of drafting,art of client dealing. Attendees will get an opportunity to learn the practical art of advocacy and will get mentored court visits (Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC, NGT, CAT, and trial courts) and will get exposure to real-time legal practice.

Training program for law students about to join the profession, young advocates, young in-house counsels.

Art of cross-examination, art of arguing, drafting skills, client handling, case filing, communication skills & legal language, and other practical and procedural issues related to advocacy.

Registration for Internship Program

Internship Criterion

At the outset, we tend to screen the applications for Legal Internship. Some of the criteria we look at include:

  1. Student must be in 4th or 5th year LL.B. or 3rd year of the 3 year course or equivalent
  2. Academics
  3. Past Internship experience and exposure – quality, range, rigor and relevance
  4. Moot courts’ participation as speaker/researcher – quality and quantity
  5. Publications/research work – quality and quantity
  6. Extra-curricular activities – evidence of initiative, leadership, talent and personality attributes

Application Procedure

Please email your latest CV not longer than 2 (two) pages and a cover letter as a the email body stating:

1.Why do you want to work at LEGALLANDS? (Restrict word limit to 200 words)

2. What are your core competencies and how do you plan to use these skills in a manner that is unique to you at the workplace? (Restrict word limit to 200 words)

Submit Internship Form or Applications to be emailed to career@legallands.com with the subject – Internship for the month of XXX. 

If the candidacy is taken forward, there would be an interview.
